Water Cooler Sanitizing & Cleaning
25 JOD per cooler
Cleaning of the tanks and accessible internal parts, sanitizing of all water-contact surfaces, cleaning of the taps, drip tray and exterior, then rinsing and an operational check according to the unit’s type and design.
Spare parts, filter replacement and fault repairs are charged separately. Visit details and any travel fees are confirmed before booking.

Yes. We service all types of water filters, water coolers, whole-house filters and water softeners, whether you bought them from TNT or from another company.
How much does a visit cost?
It depends on the unit type and your area. Send us the unit type and the problem and we’ll tell you the expected cost before the visit.
Are spare parts included?
Spare parts and cartridges are charged according to what the unit needs, and the technician explains what’s required and the cost before starting.
What does the 25 JOD cooler sanitizing & cleaning service include?
Cleaning of the tanks and accessible internal parts, sanitizing of water-contact surfaces, cleaning of the taps, drip tray and exterior, then rinsing and an operational check. Filter replacement, spare parts and fault repairs are charged separately — service details.
When should cartridges be replaced?
As a rule of thumb: the PP sediment cartridge every 3–6 months, carbon cartridges every 6 months, the post-carbon and mineral stages every 12 months, and the RO membrane every 2–3 years — full maintenance schedule.
What causes a high TDS reading?
Usually an exhausted RO membrane, worn pre-filter cartridges, or low inlet water pressure. The technician pinpoints the cause during inspection.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer maintenance contracts with scheduled visits for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals and factories.
How is the appointment confirmed?
After you submit the form or send a WhatsApp message, the TNT team contacts you to confirm the service, the appointment and any travel fees before the visit.
Is maintenance covered by the warranty?
Faults on units under warranty are handled according to the warranty contract terms. Cartridges and RO membranes are consumables that are replaced periodically.
