King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau — KADDB

Client’s need

Demineralized (deionized) water of consistent quality to feed manufacturing machines, because the salts and hardness in ordinary water cause scale, damage equipment and affect product quality.

Solution

Installation of a 400 GPD industrial reverse osmosis (RO) plant, followed by a mixed-bed resin filter to remove the remaining salts and deliver demineralized water ready for the machines.

Leading Point — technology solutions company

Client’s need

Healthy, reliable drinking water for more than 200 employees, after more than two years of recurring problems with companies and individuals who never provided a lasting solution for the units and their maintenance.

Solution

Installation of a TNT BOX 10-stage filter dedicated to the staff’s drinking water, with a periodic maintenance contract covering the new filter and all existing water units at the company.

Result

More than 200 employees now drink healthy, mineral-rich alkaline water every day, with regular follow-up and maintenance from the TNT team that put an end to the problems of previous years.

La Casa Hotel by FHM

Client’s need

The old water treatment system on the hotel roof was worn out: sediment and algae in the brine tank and on the valves and fittings, and an outdated control head.

Solution

A complete overhaul of the water treatment system: relocating the units to a suitable spot on the roof, fully replacing the silica and carbon media, adding post-treatment polishing filters, replacing the old control head with a new one, and connecting the system to the hotel’s water network so it covers all facilities.

Result

Soft, excellent-quality water reaching the entire hotel, verified by testing at handover.

Installation of a TNT 10-stage STANDARD filter under the sink, with an Ai. ELECTRIC countertop water cooler (Model 1000) with three temperatures: hot, room-temperature and cold.

Salt Project – Swimming Pool Plumbing

Client’s need

Plumbing for a new swimming pool; the site survey revealed that the engineering drawings did not match the actual conditions on site.

Solution

Rerouting all plumbing toward the plant room, installing the complete underfloor network, the supply and drain lines and the heat pump, with a collector manifold for the lines, upsizing the pipes from 50 to 63 mm (~55 m), and pressure-testing every line at 4 bar.
