Filter & Water Plant Service TechnicianOpen now
Nature of the Work
Field work including customer visits in Amman and the governorates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and servicing home water filters (7-stage, 10-stage and BOX PRO).
- Replacing filter cartridges and RO membranes and measuring TDS.
- Servicing water coolers, whole-house (central) filters and water softeners.
- Servicing reverse osmosis (RO) plants and water treatment plants.
- Diagnosing faults, fixing leaks and checking pumps and valves.
- Completing the visit report and documenting readings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical or refrigeration work; serious entry-level candidates are welcome and will be trained.
- Punctuality and courteous conduct with customers.
- Ability to work in the field and carry equipment.
Preferred Skills
- A valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle is a plus.
Location and Hours
Field work, dispatched from the company’s head office. Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Nature of the Work
Field work within TNT’s swimming pool division — pool construction, equipment installation, and periodic and annual maintenance contracts for villas, hotels, clubs and residential compounds in Amman and the governorates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Periodic maintenance of pool filtration systems: sand filters and backwashing, pumps, skimmers, return lines and drains.
- Testing and adjusting water quality (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) and dosing chemicals safely.
- Installing and servicing sanitizing systems: salt chlorine generators, UV systems and automatic dosing systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing pump faults, leaks and piping, and assisting with plumbing for new pools.
- Cleaning pools, preparing them for the start of the season and closing them at the end of it.
- Completing a visit report for every customer under a maintenance contract.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with pools, pumps or plumbing; serious entry-level candidates are welcome and will be trained.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work (pumps and simple control panels).
- Compliance with safety rules when handling chemicals.
- Professional appearance and courteous conduct with customers.
Preferred Skills
- A valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle is a plus.
- Previous experience with hotels, clubs or residential compounds.
Location and Hours
Field work, dispatched from the company’s head office. Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; workload may increase during the summer season.

- Tracking the status of each unit with the technicians until handover.

Yes. For the technician role we welcome anyone with a background in maintenance, plumbing, electrical or refrigeration work, and we train them on our systems. For office roles, experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Yes. New technicians receive hands-on training in installing and servicing TNT systems before working independently in the field.
