A water treatment plant is not a device you buy, install and forget. It is a system that runs 24 hours a day on water whose characteristics change from season to season, and any fault in one stage affects everything downstream. That is why installation and maintenance at TNT follow the same methodology: measure first, design second, and execute with specialized technicians.

Types of Plants We Install and Maintain
- Industrial reverse osmosis (RO) plants: multi-membrane systems on a steel frame with high-pressure pumps and a control panel. Suited to factories, production lines and projects that need consistent output.
- Treatment systems for medical facilities: hospitals and medical centers, with treatment specifications that meet the facility’s health requirements.
- Water softener systems: to protect boilers, heaters, equipment and production lines from limescale deposits.
- Multi-stage central filtration systems: on the main water inlet of a building or facility.
- Fully automated plants: operation, backwash and regeneration without daily operator intervention.
How We Work: No Plant Is Specified Before We See the Water
We don’t quote a plant before we know what it will be running on. Our methodology has four steps:
- Technical site visit. We look at the water source, available space, electrical supply and drainage.
- On-site water analysis. The design is built on the characteristics of your water, not a generic template.
- Actual consumption calculation. The required output is set by your daily consumption and peak times. Not a plant smaller than you need that runs at its limit, and not one larger that makes you pay for capacity you never use.
- Installation and commissioning. System installation, pressure adjustment, trial operation, and handover of baseline readings that become the reference for every future maintenance visit.
Periodic Maintenance: Where a Properly Installed Plant Shows
An industrial plant doesn’t stop suddenly; it declines gradually. Our periodic maintenance includes:
- Checking inlet and outlet pressures and comparing them against baseline readings.
- Measuring product water quality (TDS) and recovery rate.
- Replacing pre-treatment stages on schedule before impurities reach the membranes.
- Chemical cleaning of membranes when needed instead of early replacement.
- Inspecting pumps, the control panel and solenoid valves.
- Monitoring softener salt and the regeneration cycle.
The goal is clear: the plant keeps producing at the same efficiency you received it with, and the cost of maintenance stays maintenance, not major component replacement every year.
Who Benefits From Our Services
Factories · Hospitals and medical centers · Restaurants · Hotels · Farms · Beauty centers · Sports centers · Offices and companies · Villas and apartments · Residential complexes.
Plants We Have Available
- TNT RO 4040 industrial water desalination plant — from 2500 JOD
- Industrial reverse osmosis (RO) plant — from 5500 JOD
The final price is set after the technical visit and water analysis, because output capacity, the number of membranes and the pre-treatment stages differ from site to site.
Book a Technical Visit
Do you have a project, or an existing plant that needs maintenance?
The TNT team visits the site, takes a water analysis, and comes back to you with a design and a quote based on real numbers.
